I don’t know about you, but for the last three days I have been transfixed by the sporting events that have been taking place at the Olympics.   So many events, so much to watch!   From the comfort of my purry cushion, I’ve been inspired to emulate the sporting prowess of these wonderful athletes, and I would strongly encourage you to do the same.

Here are just a few of the fields in which I excel.   I can’t expect you to be quite as versatile or naturally athletic, but if you follow my example, we can all achieve a better level of fitness, with muscles that are honed and ready to snatch that precious little rodent, I mean gold medal, from the grasp of fellow competitors.

Don’t delay – dedicate yourself now to the glory of your country!
